We are a group of workers and volunteers who can support you to have your voice heard in decisions that
affect you. We work mainly with people experiencing mental health problems or learning difficulties or people who are misusing
drugs(or have in the past). We can sometimes help out in other situations.

If you think we can help, call us first to check. You don't need to be referred by anyone else - you can
do this yourself.

Our office in in Saltcoats, but we can arrange to meet you elsewhere if it is more suitable for you. Contact
